Thanks to Alisa for my belated present. And the chance to make that joke. My collection of capital Rs begins here.

OMG! You do know that I had an enormous red, wood “R” that hung in my bedroom until I moved out of my parents’ place. It’s still at my parents’ house somewhere. I’m sure it’s not exciting, font wise, but if you want it, it’s yours!
REALLY!? Holy crap. If you’re offering it, I would love to take it! We will give it a good home.
It’s all yours. It is “vintage” 1982, I think. : )
where did each of them come from?
the finest capital letter. good choice.
I found Gary from “TheAntiquesWarehouse” on Ebay, but contacted him seperately so I could buy R’s. he already had some lots with multiple letters on Ebay, but I wanted multiple R’s of different materials and styles. He was pretty accomadating, though he mis-quoted the prices the first time. He had a LOT of R’s to choose from.
